Nancy tagged me for another meme. Cute photos of the kids to be posted tomorrow, along with some exciting new technology that the Esq's have become addicted to.
First: Post a picture of you and your kids. Believe it or not I only have this one where I am still loving the spinal tap in the hospital. The kids are just about 3 weeks old and I don't have any other mom plus both tykes photos.

Second: Answer the questions.
1. How many children do you have? Two. I still can't believe I went from zero to two 3 weeks ago (as of tomorrow).
2. What are their ages? See above.
3. What time of day do you start your day? Depends on when they wake up - sometimes they wake up for their morning feeding at 6 am, sometimes as late as 7:30 am. I always need to go back to bed after that feeding - which usually takes about 2 hours since they are fussy and don't eat well. So really I get up around 10:30 am.
4. What do you eat for breakfast? First breakfast is usually Golden Grahams. Second breakfast is usually whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter. I wake up hungry but want to go back to bed after first feeding so I end up having 2 breakfasts and a late lunch (around 2 pm).
5. Do they watch TV? I don't think they can see that far - otherwise I would say they do. They watch what I do - usually whatever is on SoapNet (The OC and One Tree Hill are restarting this week) during the day and Law & Order or House episodes in the evening on TNT or USA. Baby Nurse won't let me watch the L&O episodes that involve death of kids - I swear I've seen 3 episodes about infants dying in the last few weeks - and one was a baby who starved to death from breastfeeding. I can just imagine what the BF people said about that! [Backstory was the lactation consultant said "no bottles" so the mom didn't...]
6. What are their favorite activities? Pooping and eating. Ned likes to look around a lot and squeak. Penny says "eh, eh" a lot.
7. Do you get a break during the day from them? Not until we get this breastfeeding thing worked out - right now I'm on call during the day. But Baby Nurse is on call from about 10:30 pm to 6 am so that is my "break" (aka sleep) time (except a 2 am pumping session).
8. How do you end your day? Husband makes dinner and we watch TV before the kids 9 pm feeding and bedtime. Then some more TV (if I'm not ready to pass out) while I pump and maybe a glass of wine after that and about 5 mins of reading before lights out.
9. What is your best parenting tip? Ask me in a month...For now I'd say have patience and optimism and watch as much crap TV as you need to.
Tag 5 people: I'll tag Allie and Monica. It had better not be bad luck that I couldn't come up with 5.
This will be fun to do again in about 3 months to see how the kids (and I) have evolved.

Yeah, I had almost no pictures of me and the kids together. I could probably count on one hand the number I have from the entire first year, especially since I'm always the one holding the camera.
Do I win because I did it first?!
Thanks for playing along. :)
From what I've seen of this meme, seems most moms are behind the camera and don't have many pictures of themselves with their kids!
Left a little something for you on my blog. :)
