My aunt Marti also stopped by on Monday and later I went OUT (!) for an hour or so to see my cousin Alana to celebrate her 21st birthday. Baby Nurse took care of the kids (and Husband was working in the home office). Here is a photo of us, along with Alana's baby Kaylin (9 months).
Here are some more recent photos of Penny and Ned. The one of Ned is from Sunday night - right after bathtime when he was all groomed. See how he has a birthmark on his thigh? I took the boppy photo of Penny this morning.

Husband watched TV with the kids last night after dinner. Yes, we are already rotting their brains.

Super cute, and yay for going out! Good luck with the LC on Thursday, and I'm glad they both got smiley faces yesterday. :-)
I watched a lot of TV on DVD when my kids were newborns. Heroes, in particular. Good thing they couldn't see more than about 2 feet in front of their faces, because I think it would have scared the crap out of them! Haha...
Kaylin is such a cutie, and so are your two! Our family has such good looking babies ;-).
Hooray for the good feedings.
The twins are so precious, and you look great. I'm so glad you got out of the house sans tykes.
YEAH! I'm so impressed that you got out of the house :) GO YOU! And YEAH! on the breastfeeding too. Smiley faces are always good.
I love how both Ned and Penny have a skeptical look on their faces. "You sure you know what you're doing?"
omg i just love these little babies, they are so cute and just get cuter with each passing day! I'm so proud of you Mommy, Esq, you are doing such an amazing job and working through some pretty tough stuff. Plus, you are so active. I love seeing your little adventures with them. I'm working on getting over my cold so i can come see them again soon!
They are just so precious!!!
PS. We watched a lot of Lost when the boys were newborns. There's just so much sitting around!
What cuties!
Don't worry about rotting their brain...I don't think they are soaking much of the tv at this age. Funny story:.....Me & Hubby use to watch marathons of Harry Potter movies when the boys were bitty babies and we SWEAR that one of the boy's first word was Hagrid! It was probably just gas.
i'm gonna say it and damn the consequences.....i don't have twins and i don't even have kids at all but i still watch marathons of all different tv shows.
nat- that might be a new excuse for us to have kids- so we can watch more tv!
BTW
Ummmm... your first trip out and you went to OTB without me?
Aww, those babies are so adorable! Good for you for getting out of the house for a bit... Nothing like a little time to yourself to make you feel refreshed. Keep up the good work!!
Congratulations on passing the two-week mark. They are so adorable and growing so fast!!!
They are so cute!! Let me know when you want a visit from the Morrisons!!
