I made my kids pancakes as well this morning. Great minds think alike. It's one of the few things I can actually cook well myself.
Oh fun! Nothing's better than a ball pit :) We had one in our dining room for years...just cleaned it up a few months ago when we put the house on the market.
And yummy pancakes...just wait for the first time they have chocolate chips in them!
K- remember when you won the Mouse trophy in the ballpit at your 7th birthday party?
did you put maple syrup on them? what adorable grandbabies we have.
We had pancakes for breakfast too! I recommend the book Cooking For Baby. It has lots of great recipes as well as appropriate times for introducing new foods.
I think the egg thing is only applicable if you are talking about giving them scrambled eggs or fried eggs, etc. Pancakes are okay. The pics are so adorable. I cannot figure out my stupid camera and I always miss the smiles! I don't know how you always capture the smiles with two!
I love the picture of Penny eating the pancakes with her hair "Sunday morning frazzled" (as it should be!). So cute.
